Ingredients

Tweedle: 2 oz
Freshly squeezed lemon juice: 2 oz
Simple syrup: 1 oz
A dash of bitters
Club Soda

Glass & Garnish

Highball
Lemon slice
A sprig of thyme

Method

Pour 2 oz Tweedle into a glass
Add lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters
Stir gently
Top w/ Club Soda and a little ice

Garnish w/ a lemon slice and some thyme
