TWEEDLE offers return and exchanges under the terms and conditions set forth below:

  • Damaged in Shipment

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at within 10-15 business days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

  • Exchanges & Returns

We can only offer an exchange if the product is defective or damaged. We are unable to replace or refund bottles that have been opened. When returning a product that is no longer required, items must meet the conditions stated in ‘Important conditions for return’ below. Please ensure that returns are made within 10 – 15 days after delivery; TWEEDLE do not reimburse the cost of return postage, customers are required to pay the associated shipping fees. Customer are also responsible for ensuring the product arrives safely to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Therefore we do recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please email if you plan to return your purchase so we can provide postage details.

  • Important conditions for return

Please note that you can only return a product if it is defective or you are dissatisfied with a purchase. The product returned shall be inspected on its receipt. Please ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled before returning the product:

  • The product shall be in unused and original condition;
  • You shall inform about the return of the product to us within a period of 10-15 business days;
  • You shall not accept any open box deliveries;
  • The return package shall include everything that arrived with the package when you made the purchase, including labels, original packing, freebies & accessories, and other documentation. A proof of purchase is also required.
  • You agree and acknowledge that TWEEDLE reserves the right to determine whether or not product is in saleable condition. Items considered unsellable will be discarded. TWEEDLE will not issue a Store Credit or Exchange these item(s).
  • Refunds

We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also tell you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, we will refund you to your original method of payment within 10 working days. Please contact your bank or credit card company to check the payment has been processed as this can take some time. If you have not received the refund after 14 days please contact us at
